I am against this proposal. This rule seeks to allow Naked Short Sellers to clear obligations without having to purchase shares through the public markets. This will further allow Naked Short Selling of companies through dark pools to continue and places doubt on the transparency and fairness of the public markets. Jerry Huang Naperville, IL
