To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing to you about the proposed rule filed under the name SR-NSCC-2022-003. This rule is a blatant attempt to absolve any bit of transparency in the free market and would completely destroy the little faith that Americans have in the system. This rule should be rejected and the retailers protected. Naked shorting should be illegal. Don't allow them to "kick the can" of shorts that they owe. Thank you for your time! Cheers, Jacob Benjamin
