This proposed rule is a complete joke and could literally collapse our entire economy. Want proof? I'll personally never invest in the market again if this comes to pass, and I'll spend the rest of my life making sure as many people as possible know how rigged the system is against the retail investor. The people proposing this rule are only doing so because they broke the rules and are about to lose everything because of it. You don't get to change the rules just because you are losing.
