Hello, I would like to strenuously oppose to this proposed rule. It will only further prevent true price discovery of stocks with high rates of FTD's. It will lead to even less transparency and skew the market to benefit large institutions over retail investors who are already disadvantaged due to slower market information, less insider knowledge and smaller accounts. Please do not allow this rule to pass. We need fairness and equity for such a market that impacts the wider global market, this is not it. Sincerely, Christiana
