To whomever this may concern, I am deeply concerned as a retail investor of this proposed rule change. Currently, I have very little faith in the SEC as well as the US markets overall. Why is the SEC seeking to implement rules that favors market makers and the top 1%, rather than the retail investors of America who make up the 99%?
