It is disgusting to me that you (the SEC) are trying once again to bail out the oligarchs fucking the people you are supposed to protect. If they can't cover their shorts it is their fault. If I did the same shit, you'd throw me in prison. So for the love of God DO YOUR JOB TO EARN YOUR PAYCHECK (which as a taxpayer is my paycheck). Were the bailouts in 08 not sufficient? Please act in the interest of retail investor, this rule does the exact opposite of that, and its fucking pathetic.
