This rule seems to be the opposite of creating transparency in the markets and favors the hedge funds and market makers who have overleveraged themselves. Bailing these people out repeatedly because they are chasing profits by illegal means is no way to win over the retail crowd and much faith will be lost in our markets if retail is not considered in decision making.
