As an investor I am vehemently against the introduction of these new regulations. Where is the responsibility? This is only being introduced to allow the endless can kicking of the trillions of fake dollars that are propping up the economy. A rule that allows continued theft should not even be on the table. I am sick of seeing never ending attempted changes to avoid market transparency, and practices that enable and ENCOURAGE abusive naked shorting with no repercussions for the short sellers. This is not a fair market and it is rigged in favor of those on top enough already.
