To whom it may concern, As a tax paying American citizen, I am wholly against the adoption of this filing. To allow bad actors to fleece the system by just throwing more money at their self created problems is unacceptable, especially when these same bad actors are not actually using their own money, in the case of hedge funds. Thank you for your time and I trust the SEC will do the right thing.
