This is an absolutely absurd rule and you all know it. The fact that you are trying to remove the penalties of failing to deliver a share even though those should be Illegal in the first place is appalling. The entire world is watching you right now and your choice of action is to further screw the retail investor and you think we wouldn’t notice? Just know that when this is over, you are all going to jail for your crimes against the world and will rot in hell for being complicate and aiding in this corruption
