To whom it may concern, Rule SR–NSCC– 2022–801 is an absolute disgrace to the entire population of the US except for the people paying you to write it. How long do you think is long enough to let these criminals hold our markets hostage? If you allow this rule to be passed then you are putting the global economy into even more risk.
