This is rediculous , this only makes it fair and advantageous to Wall Street and all the other "fat cats". The only fair thing to do is leave this alone and let those who decide to short take responsibility for their own actions and if they can't cover that is their problem. Stop bending over for those that try to take advantage of other folks money and businesses and put your foot down and hold them accountable.
