Good day, I am writing to voice my opposition to the proposed rule in File Number SR-NSCC-2022-003 This rule will only serve to further obscure transparency and remove accountability for extremely risky practices. This proposed rule will further undermine the idea of a fair and open market and will remove any sembløance of true price discovery, and give large institutional traders unchecked ability to set whatever price best serves themselves. In my opinion, proposals of this nature should not even be considered by the SEC as it is a clear attack on the principles the SEC exists to protect. When this proposed rule is allowed to be submitted for public review I can only hope that you will listen to the outpouring from retail investors, employ common sense, and protect what is left of the free market from these blatant attempts at manipulation.
