To whom this may concern, As a retail investor this rule looks in no way to benefit me and from my understanding creates a system that lacks accountability. Please continue to represent us the retail investor and don’t let this be implemented. I will be watching, and fully understand I may have to leave this market if things keep getting harder for the average retail investor. Thank you for your work in protecting us.
