Dear SEC, I believe this rule should be withdrawn. We are supposed to have a fair market and I believe this rule would work against that and give special treatment to hedge funds and other big players that have made poor decisions. I believe that retail would only suffer from this ruling and for that reason I recommend this ruling be withdrawn from consideration. Sincerely, Mitch Warren
