All of this extra complexity of rules that attempt to govern our markets, are not created by retail or with retail in mind. Retail doesn't even have a seat at this table, or even a foot in the same house this table is in. Rather Wall Street, big banks, and hedge funds create these rules and they use the complexity to their advantage. This rule is just another example of leveraging complexity to fleece the masses. No. Withdraw this. We do not want this. Stop trying to further empower the people who do not need EVEN MORE wealth and influence.
