I, Cameron H. Abrams, am writing this email in regards to the proposed rule change quoted in the subject line. SR-NSC -2022-003 is the proposed rule change. I, as a retail investor, find this rule to completely favor financial terrorists and those who are complicit in committing financial terrorism. I find it appalling that the system is so corrupt, that I even have to be typing this email. I vote no to SR-NSCC-2022-003. Fix this broken and corrupt system. Do your jobs for once. There’s more of us than there are of you people, and you and your elitist compatriot’s days of stealing, cheating, and lying are coming to an end.
