Dear sirs and madam, It was brought to me attention by Reddit that NSCC is attempting to repackage SR-NSCC-2021-010 in the form of SR-NSCC-2022-003 to allor NSCC members to continue engaging in high risk derivative trading. There is a serious conflict of interest between the prime brokers and the NSCC and I hope the SEC can reconsider before allowing the implementation of SR-NSCC-2022-003.
