What the actual #$@! is this $%*!? How can you seriously say you are for retail investors when you're trying to get this passed for the third time? This is disgusting and an embarrassment to every American, you keep trying to make rules to help the "to big to fail" institutions while the average American is getting %#@!ed. LET THESE @$$HOLES GO BANKRUPT! LET THE MARKET COLLAPSE! We will build a better one, a more transparent one.
