Good afternoon SEC commenters, As a retail investor, I am enraged that SR-NSCC-2022-003 is a proposed rule going to our markets. This rule is another way that institutional investors get the upper hand by allowing them to clearing their obligations unfairly and not paying back what is due. It would be equivalent to wiping away all of my student loan debts without paying a dime for them to be cleared. Sincerely, Alex
