Why is this happening. Is it because the a bunch of average Joes got to getter and stood up to the fat cats of Wall Street and all your hedge fund buddies and about to burn. So now you need to change the rules of the game cus the fat cats are going down. Why are penalties for braking the rules minuscule for the top dogs. A slap on the wrist and 1% fine on there Ill gotten gains. The SEC is going to go down in history as the organization that single handedly helped the demise in the faith of the dollar. Thes new rules do nothing to protect the retail investors and in rich the fat cats on top.
