Please do not pass this proposal.
This would prevent the market from working in a fair and transparent way.
It is clear to the watching world that an enormous number of stocks and commodities have been, recklessly, shorted for many years by institutions in order to make obscene amounts of money, while impoverishing enormous numbers of people.
This proposal will be seen as giving them another bail out, as if they don't already enjoy enough advantage.
The world is watching, please do the right thing.
