This lets the hedge funds and market makers continue to manipulate the price to whatever number they want.
Just like you know they do now
This is absurd Trying to pass a rule for them to continue naked shorts and FTDs
The DTCC, NSCC and a growing amount of retail investors know billions and probably trillions of naked shorts exist right now.
If this rule passes then good luck having a stock market going forward.
Numerous retail investors will continue to spread the message of this crime. And more and more people will stop investing in this rigged market each passing day.
