This ruiling is proof of an unfair or injust market. Allowing those who legitimately or illegitimately overleveraged themselves to have protection against their positions is proof that the Market is completely biased and unfair. This will cause retail investors to never return to the markets, knowing that rules can be created to protect large institutions.
