Is someone at the SEC related to Al Capone? Did someone at the SEC hold a seance, and contact Bernie Madoff for advice?
In case it isn't clear, I do not want either SR-NSCC-2022-801 or SR-NSCC-2022-003 to be implemented The SEC is supposed to work to ensure a fair and transparent market. In the SEC's own words: \"We protect investors by vigorously enforcing the federal securities laws to hold wrongdoers accountable and deter future misconduct.\"
Neither SR-NSCC-2022-001 or SR-NSCC-2022-003 is designed to help further a fair and transparent market or protect retail investors
