I am absolutely Against this rule and any other rule that allows hedge funds or other billionaire pigs to exchange and/or swap securities and delay or deny settlement of securities owed. If retail investors can't do this hedge funds can't Quit allowing them to put forth rules giving them free reign of the markets. That's not a fair stock market
