This rule does not fix the problem of abusive short selling. It clearly allows them to continue allowing naked shorts, failure to delivers and reclassifying obligated debt. Unless they are forced to close out their positions, and be made an example of by serving jail time, they will continue their financial treason indefinitely. I sense that a revolt may be brewing. Please do the right thing.
