Hello I am a concerned US citizen and investor The new proposed filings filings are not in favor of us investors they are protecting the huge institutions which are allowed to manipulate this market.. I vote against you passing this and will hope that that you will bring rules and regulations To protect the retail investors. Market transparency is something that needs to be brought forth and market manipulation should be dealt with penalties for these huge institutions that use naked shirts and derivatives yo constantly manipulate the market causing the notmal retailinvestorsto lose money.Also lets. It forget the dark pool illegal activities. Naked shorting or synthetic shorts are something that you have to deal with and help protect retail investors. thank you
