This is one of the worst rules if it was to be put in place for the stock market. These are the reasons why we are in the problem that we are in by allowing people to create synthetic shares to try and dilute Stocks to keep the price down. Do not allow these Hedgefunds to keep creating synthetic chairs. Thank you
