So whats really going on? Is this rule actually in consideration?? How can this be? Im getting tired of all this crookedness thats been happening if yall cant control yalls freaken money dont play with it give it to us who need it and will put it in good circulation. This is getting beyond ridiculous please someone grow a pair and help us little guys out before the end really comes to this Country
