Hello. I believe this rule is only hurting the stock market further by allowing more synthetic naked shorting by providing more liquidity to the hedge funds which are committing these crimes. Please do not allow this rule to be passed as it does not provide any benefit to the free trader in this market and honestly makes me want to pull all my money and retirement investments out of this market as it has too many loop holes just like this rule to cause crimes and corruptions against a fair and honest market.
