I, like every other individual, retail investor have a large issue with any ruling that adds layers to the complexity of the market and grants further privileged participatory members avenues ti circumvent true price discovery which is the truest intent of every market. Nscc 2022 003 is a slap in the face to the fundamentals of a free market. No thanks
