This new rule proposal is a joke and the complete opposite of what retail needs. The Sec is supposed to protect retail but instead you side with Greedy hedge funds that break the rules time and time again for their own benefit. For once do the right thing and trash this new rule proposal and actually look out for the retail investors. I can assure you that if this new rule is implemented I will no longer invest a penny into this corrupt market ever again along with millions of other investors.
