This rule does not protect retail investors, in-fact none of the rules passed by the SEC do. Most of them im to protect the big hedge funds. We are sick and tired of this rules that do nothing for the people. The SEC is supposed to protect our investments. But they just turn to the side and let all those FTD and sort sellers do what ever they want. I opposed this rule.
