This proposed rule change does not seems to be aligned with retail investors. Please do not allow to create synthetics share in the name of providing liquidity in the market. Please stop allowing over shorting of the stocks and over leveraging doing so. This proposal must be stopped. This will cause the murder of whatever little trust we have in system.
