Please do not allow this change to be passed this will hurt all retail investors this rule will only help big banks and hedge funds to not be responsible when they do not do the right thing with our money. It is safe to say because I have spoke with many retail investors that if this rule is passed we will vacate the stock market because of all of the corruption. All we want is a fair stock market
