I believe that this proposal is unjust and not for the protection of retail but for the institutions. This rule allows the funds that may unfavorable investments to essentially allow them to get out without taking the same loss that a retail trader would. The playing field is not fare and needs to be made so. This proposal will not only create a larger gap of fairness but also cause retail to lose confidence in the markets and the way they are structured.
