I vote no for the enactment of this rule. This Rule favors the hedge funds and the market maker, Kenneth Griffen. This is against the fair market principles for every investor. This rule is bad, violates market principles and I abhor and contest the enactment of this rule . I vote \"no\" for this enactment. This is wrong and the rule should be defeated. Again, I vote \"no\" and I oppose the enactment of this rule.
