This rule seems like an attempt to disadvantage retail investors and reduce transparency. If I did what is outlined in this rule, it would mean I would be committing a felony. If hedge funds and market makers have over leveraged themselves thats on them to pay for the consequences of their decisions. Why do we keep bailing out bad decisions with our tax dollars? Do not pass this rule
