This rule in no way protects retail from market wide disruption. This rule clearly protects those that have done irreparable damage to the financial system another way out of their own bad decisions. When will accountability finally be realized in these markets. I strongly think this rule should not be implemented. Markets need more accountability and transparency. Thank you.
