It is very sad to see the NSCC making more loopholes and exceptions for over leveraged hedge funds. Please, hold those accountable who make a mockery of the US stock market by manipulating retail investors and taking extreme risk with investors funds. This filing is unacceptable and frankly complicit in the obvious fraud we see in this current Market.
