This is an unfair rule that doesn't protect retail investors, but simply gives financial institutions and hedge funds more ways to delay the inevitable and get them out of irresponsible practices. If this rule is passed, it furthers indicates how unfair this \"free market,\" truly is. There needs to be consequences and ramifications for over leveraged and irresponsible organizations beyond miniscule fines.
