As an avid investor I don't see how this rule change will benefit the retail investors or companies for that matter. I'll try to keep this short.
This rule change will be abused by the bad actors in the economic world. FTD's are becoming a real problem and a threat to the US as a whole and this is just one way of kicking the can down the road. I oppose this rule change for the betterment of the economy.
