As a retail investor, I am disgusted at the negligence of the SEC to protect the market from manipulation. This rule would further widen the gap between and elitist market makers and investors by allowing them to illegally create more naked shares and not have consequences for them. In every area of life we are taught actions have consequences but what weve witnessed is exactly the opposite. The elite market makers and big banks can partner together in alliance against investors for their brown protection while the SEC turns a blind eye. ACTIONS MUST HAVE CONSEQUENCES Not just those who cant buy their way
