You could level REAL fines (not 5k when they steel 5 billion) you can throw HF ceos in JAIL for breaking the law. You can enfore current laws alrwady in place for market manipul. Plenty of ways to make the corruption end. Instead you have 003, which essentially allows HFs to produce MORE counterfeit shares? You will allow the corruption to continue? (And most likely tell retail \"its for your own good\") NOW i finally understand the occupy wallstreet movement. SEC isnt here for us retail, are you. No, youre protecting the corrupt.
i predict this will have a 98% negative review and IT WILL STILL PASS... right? To you, retail doesnt matter. If you only did YOUR JOB to begin with this mess wouldnt have happened.
If i could run the SEC for one day, i could clean this right up: NO BAIL OUTS, HF SCREW UP, FORCED LIQUIDATION AND BANKRUPTSY FOR THEM. IF THEY BREAK THE LAW, THEY GO TO JAIL..FROG MARCHED OUT OF THEIR OFFICES IN HAND CUFFS. IF THEY BROKE THE LAW THEY PAY BACK EVERY PENNY TO THOSE THEY STOLE FROM (DISTRIBUTE IT BACK TO RETAIL) ENFORCE LAWS AGAINST MARKET MANIPULATION, NAKED SHORTING FRONT RUNNING
