This rule would allow for naked short selling to be even worse than it already is. Vote no on SR-NSCC-2022-003. No more loop holes for bad actors who decide to short companies to 0 or get stuck on the wrong side of the trade. Liquidity is important but criminals use rules like this to continue to rob the public.
