This Rule does nothing but make it easier for the Banks and hedge funds to once again kick the can down the street when they over leverage themselves.This rule change is a HUGE mistake and does nothing to fix the corruption that is Wall street I will leave the market forever and never return and advise all my friends to do the same if this corrupt rule is passed Thank You
