Please do not pass SR-NSCC-2022-003 and just enforce the rules already in place to protect investors, specifically RETAIL This rule seems to do nothing but protect retail investors, but instead protects institutional investors who made bad choices and is now clearly engaging in illegal activities such as \"naked shorting.\" If this rule passes, many retail investors (whom these bad actors depend on) will stop participating in this unfair and untransparent market Please do not pass rule SR-NSCC-2022-003
