Good Evening. I am writing to express my strongest disapproval to this ruling as a retail investor. It is clear throughout the market, there are billions of failure to delivers and stocks are continuously suppressed resulting in retail losing complete faith in the US Stock Market. Speaking on behalf of retail, we need rulings and hard work from the SEC to help retail provide a level playing field and this ruling does the complete opposite giving them more power and less accountability. Hedge funds that make a bad bet on stocks should have the same repercussions retail do which is most definitely not the case since Ive been investing.
