I am an Italian private investor, and what you are proposing is scandalous, in addition to not enforcing the rules that should stop sending orders to dark pools, not even controlled where millions of AMC shares come out every day to shorten the value of the stock, now you want to offer a legal loophole to these criminals who steal money from investors, do you really want your market that the whole world does not trust since outlaws are allowed to steal without anything happening to them, do you really want no one to invest in you anymore? Begin to enforce the rules you already have and do not offer loopholes to those who do not respect them just so as not to collapse the market, it is convenient to allow illicit gains and then once trapped in their short offer a life jacket
